On-site MentoringOne of the most powerful forms of learning is through mentoring. Having an expert on-hand to work through new techniques, methodologies and processes ensures a rapid and applied learning experience. Mentoring is interactive, with the mentor actually participating in and being responsible for development tasks. Strategic Systems can provide a specialist consultant to mentor your staff in any aspect of the EP methodology™ or as an extension of one of our training workshops. The mentoring service is available for periods ranging from as little as half a day through to 2 or 3 month assignments.
